User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users undertake to act honestly and fairly while interacting with the 3xp platform and community. Any form of cheating, collusion, or abusive behavior aimed at disrupting gameplay or exploiting system vulnerabilities will not be tolerated.
Users must comply with all applicable laws related to betting, gaming, and financial transactions. Illegal use of the platform or attempts to launder money through the system constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.
It is the user’s responsibility to understand the game rules, bet types, and applicable payout terms before placing any wagers. Disputes arising from user mistakes or failure to understand these are not recoverable.
Rules for Using the Platform
3xp provides a fair, transparent gaming environment adhering to recognized industry standards including RNG certification for games and verified pay tables. All wagers placed are subject to these rules and live odds specified on the platform.
The platform reserves the right to cancel bets, void winnings, or adjust results in the event of technical failure, fraud, or system errors. Such actions will be communicated to affected users in a timely manner.
Users shall not create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions. Breach of this rule may result in confiscation of winnings and account termination.
Payment & Transaction Information

Deposit transactions are typically processed instantly while withdrawals undergo verification and are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. Users should ensure compliance with all identification and anti-fraud requests promptly to prevent delays.
Transaction fees and limits are published transparently on the platform, and users are responsible for understanding these before opting in.
Limitation of Liability
While 3xp endeavors to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate information, it does not accept liability for losses caused by network failures, system outages, or force majeure events. Users wager at their own risk and acknowledge the inherent uncertainties involved in betting.
3xp does not guarantee winnings or financial returns and advises responsible gambling at all times.
Any claims for damages must be made within 30 days of the incident, and 3xp reserves the right to settle disputes in accordance with applicable law.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
3xp reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of fraudulent behavior, policy violations, or illegal use. Suspended users will be notified with reasons and given a chance to appeal as per the dispute process.
Accounts inactive for 12 months may be closed. Upon account closure, all funds will be returned subject to verification.
Users must provide accurate contact details to receive notifications about account status changes. Failure to comply with requests for documentation may result in permanent closure.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, graphics, logos, and trademarks on 3xp are owned by or licensed to 3xp. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
Users may view and use content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
